Anyone is welcome to register for the Rotary Conventions, and they do not have to be Rotary
Club Members to register by themselves. We only ask that they create a MyRotary account
at convention.rotary.org and then click the blue register button to proceed through the reg
process.
Yes, a Saturday-only House of Friendship Pass is available without a full convention registration,
and
Registration to the Youth Exchange Officers Preconvention is available for USD 150, to be held
June 19 th and 20 th , 2025.
In order to add a guest that is 18 or under in our system, we ask that parents please fill out the
paper registration form at this link: https://my.rotary.org/en/document/registration-and-ticket-
form-2025-rotary-international-convention. Making sure to sign the parental consent form on
the 4th page.
They are welcome to send the signed form to us by fax (+1-847-556-2194) or mail (Rotary
International, 14244 Collections Center Dr., Chicago, IL 60693 USA) if it contains credit card
information.
If they are submitting the forms without payment information, they are welcome to email
them to RI.Registration@rotary.org. We will then register their children and notify them that
may log back in to MyRotary to make payment.

Applications for Speakers has now closed – October 14, 2024.
There will be a morning and an afternoon opening ceremony on Sunday, June 22, 2025
Closing Ceremonies are in the afternoon, Wednesday, June 25, 2025, and should be finished by
approximately 5:15 p.m.
